Salesbuzz’ter is a business development company that offers an international sales solution for small and medium enterprises that wish to enter new markets in Europe and North America.

 

 

 

We are looking for a Commercial Development Associate to join us as we continue to grow.

 

Our ideal candidate for this role will be in charge of finding new clients and qualifying leads to build a pipeline of prospects.

 

The position is based in London yet the role involves travel around the UK, continental Europe and the US in order to build relationships with prospective clients.

 

The role:

  • Pre-sales prospecting, targeting, developing and qualifying prospective customers.

  • You will need to target SMEs that have ambition and the financial capacity to grow, whether within their own country or expand into continental Europe and the US.

  • You should have a B2B consultancy approach and be dedicated to the growth of Salesbuzz’ter and the clients that we represent. You will be selling a guarantee that Salesbuzz’ter can integrate its highly effective sales solution into our client's’ business operations.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Researching, contacting, and following-up with prospective business clients. The desired target market is within the manufacturing, technological, and pharmaceutical industry. You should have some knowledge of these.

  • Assess the prospect's needs, explain Salesbuzz’ter’s solution, qualify the prospect, and schedule meetings with the CEO.

 

Ideal Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of relevant work experience (A Masters is a plus).

  • Proven track record of achieving measurable monthly lead development goals with a senior level audience (C-level).

  • Ability to turn leads into orders on projects over 25,000 euros in a variety of industrial sectors (pharma, food, industrial, process, services, etc.)

  • Hard working, self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently in a dynamic and fast growing environment.

  • Background knowledge of technical solutions (machinery and otherwise) and at the same time understand how Salesbuzz’ter produces a service value chain.

 

Salary will be determined according to experience.
